The Chef on board demonstrated the art of making Crepes Suzette...and I was one of three who braved following his example of flipping the crepe over by the quick movement of the wrist.
Come to Roseburg, and I MIGHT show you the acrobatic event...OR...we might have Steve's waffles instead.
