The Fresh Market on Saturdays is HUGE. I limited myself to only a few photos this time. Have you figured out what the first photo is? It's nougat...the man had about 4 kinds and cut slabs off with a HUGE knife.
Speaking of HUGE...have you ever seen cheese blocks this big?
Of course, there is the bread...but I bet each of the many boulangerie's on every corner didn't like this competition.
This was my favorite stand...the spices all set out like colors on an artist's palette.
